Community Outreach and Assistance program

The Children's Center, Inc. Community Outreach and Assistance program purpose is to provide community outreach and assistance to individuals and families living in Brazoria, Chambers, and Galveston counties. The goal is to assist individuals and families with accessing the following state and federal programs:

• Children's Medicaid, CHIP (Children's Health Insurance)
  
• CHIP Perinatal
  
• Women's Health Program
  
• Food Stamps
  
• Temporary Aid for Needy Families (TANF)
  
• Long-term Care services for the Aged and Disabled
  

The Outreach and Assistance Program provides:

• Application assistance
  
• A Resource Center
  
• Information about the services provided by each program
