Provides residential care and services for 29 children and youth, male and female, between the ages of 13 and 17. These children and youth are primarily referred by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and are experiencing behavioral and emotion challenges due to abandonment, abuse or neglect. Located on a campus in Oyster Creek, Texas, children and youth are grouped according to age and developmental need. The program works with community resources to meet the individual needs of each child..
