We invite you to join us for the 3^rd Annual Children’s Center Ball, “Feathering Our Nest”. The Ball will be held Saturday, October 15, 2011 in the Moody Gardens Convention Center on Galveston Island.

It is with pleasure we announce that this year’s honoree is the Permanent Endowment Fund of Moody Memorial First United Methodist Church. We are grateful for the dedication and philanthropic support they have shown The Children’s Center’s programs and operations over the years.

The Children’s Center, Inc. was formed through the merger of four child welfare agencies serving Galveston County since 1878. The organization specializes in bringing positive change to the lives of children and their families as they struggle to become self-sufficient and less vulnerable to homelessness, human-trafficking, and abuse. The Children’s Center provides consistent quality services to these voices with hope—the hope to heal, the hope to grow, and the hope to thrive.

We invite you to participate by returning the enclosed sponsorship form. This much anticipated event will help feather the nest of The Children’s Center operations and programs, and provide sustainability to the services given to families and children.
