The Galveston island Transitional Living program is a transitional living program designed to provide 18, 19 and 20 year old youth with home living skills, community living skills and educational/vocational skills necessary to achieve independent living. The program serves up to 16 youth. The Transitional Living Program supports youth referred to as "non-system youth." These are youth who no longer have adequate state agency support for independent living.
